Description
The Systems Analyst will lead contractor IT work for system requirements development, portfolio rationalization and application consolidation, and enterprise architecture and technology transition planning. Responsibilities include requirements refinement, process reengineering, COTS/GOTS software evaluation, emerging IT and AI/ML capability assessment, tool integration, defense business system modernization compliance, legacy-system analysis, authoritative data source identification, gap analysis, and transition-roadmap development. The position requires at least eight years of experience, a master's degree or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in Computer or Systems Engineering, ITIL and CISSP expertise, and a Secret security clearance.
