Estratégia Educacional is hiring a Systems Analyst focused on technical troubleshooting and integration with Engineering. The role investigates complex incidents, analyzes logs and technical evidence, documents findings, creates automation scripts, and coordinates solutions across support, engineering, product, infrastructure, quality, and data teams. The position requires systems diagnostics, log analysis, version-control and task-management tools, and strong communication; IT education, programming, observability, cloud, database, DevOps, and edtech experience are advantageous.
