Description
The Systems Analyst I supports the deployment, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, documentation, and ongoing support of IT infrastructure and physical security systems, including servers, virtualization, networking, and Genetec, Lenel, and Avigilon platforms. The role collaborates with project teams, technicians, sales, engineering, and clients; supports system design and deployments; develops automation and integrations; and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. It requires at least one year of progressive information technology experience, post-secondary computing or electronics training, security clearance eligibility, and programming experience with the specified security platforms.
