Description
The Oracle HCM Systems Analyst will implement, support, configure, test, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while collaborating with HR, IT, business stakeholders, developers, QA, and vendors. The role covers requirements management, integration development, data governance, process improvement, technical documentation, testing, training, change management, project support, and Agile practices. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of Systems Analyst experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Fusion applications, Oracle Integration Cloud experience, and full-time onsite work with occasional travel and on-call availability.
