The Systems & Network Administrator Trainee internship supports internal IT infrastructure and customer-facing digital platforms through systems administration, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting, cloud and application support, incident resolution, software updates, user and license administration, and documentation. The role is intended for someone currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field, with basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, Windows, and networking concepts; Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, scripting, and related experience are preferred. The internship offers mentorship, exposure to enterprise technologies, and potential future employment.
