The employer is hiring a full-time Systems & Network Engineer in the Canton, Ohio and Massillon, Ohio area for a direct placement. The role is 100% onsite with local travel to customer sites and pays $75,000–$90,000 per year. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Microsoft 365, cloud, network, security, and server environments; troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues; managing support tickets and RMM updates; documenting configurations; and mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technical staff. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience, preferably in an MSP or multi-tenant environment, along with expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, networking, firewalls, routing, switching, and virtualization.
