Description
Colonial Group, Inc. is hiring a Director of IT Infrastructure to lead the day-to-day operation, reliability, security, and roadmap execution of enterprise systems and network infrastructure. The role supervises systems, network, and systems-administration staff; provides Tier 3 technical escalation; manages infrastructure projects, vendors, capacity, change management, documentation, and IT governance; and coordinates with security, procurement, service desk, and business stakeholders. The position requires at least 10 years of IT experience, 4 years leading technical staff, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and extensive enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud, identity, backup, and disaster-recovery expertise. It is office-based with up to 25% travel and requires eligibility to work in the United States.
