ClimateWorks Foundation is hiring a Systems and Process Manager for its Clean Cooling Collaborative (CCC) Program. The role manages grantmaking processes, budget coordination, reporting, compliance, data systems, MEL functions, and internal and external convenings; coordinates with CWF departments; and supports team culture and knowledge sharing. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least six years of project management experience, process and organizational skills, and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, GMS, and Asana. The position is U.S. flexible, with a preference for San Francisco or New York-based candidates and the ability to work from the offices one to two days per month.
