Description
ClimateWorks Foundation is hiring a Systems and Process Manager for its Clean Cooling Collaborative (CCC) Program. The role manages grantmaking processes, grantee reporting, program budgets, data systems, MEL functions, internal team activities, and strategic convenings; it also coordinates with other departments and supports process improvement, knowledge sharing, and team culture. The position is U.S. flexible, with a preference for San Francisco or New York-based candidates and the ability to work from the offices one to two days per month. Compensation is $120,000 to $130,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, and $110,000 to $120,000 in other U.S. locations, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
