CI&T is hiring a Systems Architect to lead the modernization of a healthcare portal built with Java 8 and WebSphere. The role combines hands-on architectural work with legacy code navigation, technical team leadership, SRE and DevOps practices, observability, cloud-native and microservices architecture, CI/CD, containerization, and AI-assisted engineering. Candidates need at least five years of systems architecture experience, three years leading technical teams, and practical knowledge of containers, cloud, and CI/CD.
