Nokia is hiring an Optical Networks System Architect to define and drive the architecture and design of high-speed coherent interfaces and transponders for advanced DWDM communication systems. The role translates customer and market needs into system, functional, and user-interface requirements; leads cross-functional feasibility and solution work; develops architectural documentation; and provides technical guidance across product, R&D, documentation, and customer-facing teams. Candidates need a BSc or higher degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least 10 years of telecommunications or optical networking experience, including at least 5 years in Optical Transport Systems Architecture.
