Description
York Space Systems is hiring a Systems Architect to lead technical design for spacecraft bus, payload, ground, and mission systems during business capture and proposal efforts. The role translates customer mission requirements into system architectures, conducts space-domain and SWaP-C trade studies, supports make/buy and teaming decisions, authorizes technical volumes, and interfaces with government customers and industry partners. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of space systems engineering or architecture experience, and at least three years of product development and proposal or capture experience in a government contractor environment. The position reports to the Director of Systems Architecture and offers medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K benefits.
