Description
The Warehouse Systems Coordinator processes inbound receipts and outbound customer orders in a warehouse management system, validates transactions, generates picking, packing, and dispatch tasks, monitors order and inventory performance, and coordinates with operations, customer service, inventory, and IT teams. The role also handles discrepancies, escalates system issues, supports user testing and system migration, and participates in process improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply-chain systems experience, strong data-entry accuracy, and on-site work in Liloan, Cebu City.
