The role focuses on defining and managing digital workplace and systems administration solutions across M365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, on-premises, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments, including secure operating-system deployment, patching, scalability, hybrid hosting, and management reporting. Candidates must have a university degree in IT or a relevant discipline, at least 15 years of relevant IT experience, and extensive expertise in digital workplace platforms, systems support, cloud and service management technologies, and related certifications.
