Description
The Systems Developer – Advanced (Identity Engineering Services) will design, implement, and sustain enterprise identity and access management solutions for the DHA Domain and Directory Services Branch. Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, Entra ID, AD FS, and Microsoft Identity Manager; supporting SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, and OpenID Connect; maintaining PKI and PKE; integrating identity services with enterprise and cloud platforms; managing user and non-person entity lifecycles; and supporting auditing, monitoring, reporting, and Zero Trust access governance. The role requires a BS in a computer science-related field or an A BBA in the same technical field, Secret clearance, and relevant Microsoft cybersecurity or Azure architecture certifications.
