The Systems Developer - Expert will execute the full software development life cycle for a 30-month engagement with the State of New York's Office of Mental Health. The role develops and maintains .NET and web applications, works with Oracle databases, creates reports, troubleshoots production issues, uses GitLab or Azure DevOps, and mentors other programmers.
