The role involves developing and improving business-critical applications, designing scalable microservices and APIs, improving code quality, developing test automation, and working with cloud infrastructure, OpenShift, CI/CD, and agile delivery. Candidates must be based in the Stockholm area, have at least six years of IT development experience, and meet extensive experience requirements in Java, microservices, OpenShift, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile development. The position offers a flexible compensation model with either a fixed salary or variable pay based on client billing, with support for transitioning to independent freelancing.
