Description
Amazon Security is hiring a Systems Development Engineer II to build and operate automation, deployment pipelines, fleet automation, monitoring, and operational tooling for its global physical-access infrastructure. The role owns end-to-end design and production systems, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, release safety, monitoring, runbooks, incident resolution, and on-call support. Candidates need experience with large-scale infrastructure, modern programming, Linux/Unix, and CI/CD pipelines; distributed systems experience is preferred. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia, with a base salary of $129,200 to $174,800 annually.
