The role manages Tier-1 systems across commercial and AWS GovCloud environments, oversees operational health, incident response, automation, and AI-integration readiness, and partners with security, compliance, and production operations teams. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold a relevant bachelor's degree, and have at least five years of experience managing system or software development teams, along with infrastructure, programming, Linux, CI/CD, and systems design experience. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $166,300 to $225,000 annually.
