Description
The Systems Director of Environmental Services oversees environmental operations across multiple locations, including housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory compliance. The role leads community EVS directors, standardizes operations and workflows, manages budgets and staffing, oversees vendor partnerships, develops training and quality programs, and collaborates with clinical, dining, and administrative leadership. Candidates need 5–7+ years of leadership experience in environmental services, healthcare, senior living, or hospitality, with multi-site or regional management experience strongly preferred.
