Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Systems/Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded and systems software for ASIC-based products. The role leads software design and integration activities, collaborates with hardware and outsourced development teams, mentors engineers, and uses AI-assisted engineering tools. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and typically 5 to 8 years of software, systems, or embedded systems experience, with C and Rust expertise and experience with Linux kernel drivers, multithreaded programming, hardware emulation, and software testing. The position is hybrid, requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office.
