Description
The Power Electronics Systems Engineer will define and manage requirements, develop system architecture and technical specifications, analyze stakeholder needs, lead system-level analysis including FMEA and safety assessments, define interfaces with motor, battery, and vehicle systems, support validation and integration, and ensure compliance with functional safety, EMC, and regulatory standards. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least three years of power electronics development experience, knowledge of inverter and converter systems, system engineering and requirements management, functional safety and EMC requirements, strong analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency.
