Description
Hologic is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to own the system-level definition, architecture, integration, verification, and lifecycle management of capital or hardware equipment. The role provides technical leadership across hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, quality, and manufacturing disciplines; leads requirements traceability, technical reviews, test planning and execution, risk management, regulatory submissions, and customer interactions; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least seven years of systems engineering or equivalent multi-disciplinary engineering experience, with cross-functional project leadership and hands-on systems engineering experience. The annualized base salary range is $97,600 to $152,700, with bonus eligibility.
