Description
DATAMARK is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, administer, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and support its IT infrastructure. The role covers Windows servers, cloud services, networking, virtualization, Active Directory, firewalls, storage, VPN, telephony, software deployments, security systems, backups, and core IT services, while also providing technical leadership, documentation, vendor coordination, and guidance to support staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of IT systems experience including three years as a Systems Engineer, and preferably certifications and experience in Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, service management, compliance, contact centers, and telecommunications.
