Description
Hologic is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering leadership across hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, clinical, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions for complex medical device systems. The role owns system architecture, requirements decomposition, integration, verification and validation, risk management, design transfer, regulatory documentation, and technical leadership across multiple product development programs, while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams. The position requires extensive experience in regulated medical systems, systems engineering methodologies, requirements and traceability management, and relevant standards; the annualized base salary range is $119,300 to $186,600, with bonus eligibility.
