Mattson Technology is hiring a Semiconductor Hardware Characterization Engineer to characterize and diagnose process and hardware performance, analyze measurement data, troubleshoot root causes, support lab tool and process baselines, communicate with customers, publish results, and support field transfers. The role requires an engineering or physical-science degree, data analysis and problem-solving skills, laboratory safety, independent work under deadline pressure, and occasional travel outside the United States. The salary range is $127,000 to $174,420.
