Helsing is hiring a Systems Engineer for its Armament Control System (ACS). The role owns the full lifecycle of a safety-critical aerospace and defence system, from concept and architecture through hardware and software development, integration, testing, qualification, and safety release. Responsibilities include defining on-aircraft and ground-station architectures, writing traceable requirements and supplier specifications, managing supplier contracts, and coaching engineers on safety and certification practices. The position requires experience with safety-critical systems, aerospace or defence systems, embedded systems, tactical data links, requirements-management tools, and relevant airworthiness and safety standards, along with German language and security-clearance capabilities.
