Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Systems Engineer, Associate Manager - Flight Test Optics to lead the FBM Flight Test Operations Team and manage the collection, processing, archival, maintenance, and operation of optics data systems for FBM flight tests on support ships. The role also provides local functional oversight to engineers, evaluates personnel for performance and career development, and supports staffing and job-assignment planning. Candidates need systems engineering and lifecycle experience, agile development experience, technical coordination experience, active Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance; a STEM degree and DoD program-support experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
