3dB Labs is hiring an RF Systems Engineer to design, develop, simulate, test, integrate, and troubleshoot radio frequency systems for wireless communication, radar, satellite, and other applications. The role involves selecting RF components, performing signal characterization and electromagnetic compatibility analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or RF engineering, proven RF system experience, knowledge of RF theory and measurement equipment, and US citizenship; a current TS/SCI is preferred and a Ph.D. is a plus.
