Amazon is hiring a Systems Engineer for its Relay Product & Tech team to develop and maintain automation workflows that protect customers, carriers, drivers, and Amazon globally. The role focuses on end-to-end workflow development, generative AI and agentic systems, troubleshooting distributed technical systems, building scalable automation, creating operational documentation, and partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams. Candidates need at least two years of Excel or Tableau and complex Excel VBA experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, SQL or ETL experience, and knowledge of data visualization tools. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of 80,200 to 97,600 USD annually.
