AFRY is hiring a Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership in product development across multiple industries. The role defines products and system requirements, develops system architecture and prototypes, plans and executes verification activities, leads development planning, and owns technical documentation. Candidates need an M.Sc. in a relevant engineering or technical physics field, at least three years of product development experience, relevant integration, testing, verification, or requirements experience, strong Swedish and English communication skills, and Swedish residency. The position may be security-classified and can be performed on-site at a client or within an in-house team.
