AFRY is hiring a Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and verify complex technical systems in a defense-sector environment. The role covers requirements management and traceability, translating customer and business needs into technical requirements, defining system interfaces, preparing technical and interface control documentation, modeling architecture and data flows, participating in verification and validation, and managing technical risks. Applicants need a university-level technical education, knowledge of requirements management and technical documentation, analytical and communication skills in Swedish and English, and Swedish citizenship; MBSE, SysML, verification and validation, and industry experience are preferred. The position is fixed-term for 12–15 months, with relocation to Örnsköldsvik expected for applicants from other locations.
