Description
Amentum is hiring a Systems Engineer to support Communication and Navigation system integration for the Space Launch Systems (SLS) Program, including the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage, adapters, and spacecraft payloads. The role performs systems engineering, interface integration, requirements development, verification planning, technical assessments, risk management, and coordination with NASA, MSFC, and contractor teams, while also supporting vehicle processing, launch countdown, and flight phases. The position requires a degree in engineering or a related field, U.S. citizenship, a STAR ID, and substantial experience in aerospace systems engineering and integration; it is an office-based role with limited domestic travel and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
