Apple is hiring a Systems Engineer to support long-term customer success for enterprise and education customers across Germany and Austria. The role advises customers on standard processes, partners with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manages Apple platform and software deployments at scale, and solves technical and business problems. Candidates need substantial experience in technical business transformation, consultative pre-sales engineering, or multi-platform IT problem solving, along with hands-on expertise in mobile device management, mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies. The role requires strong customer-facing communication, documentation, and presentation skills, and prefers consultative selling experience, English fluency, willingness to travel, and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
