Auxiom is hiring a Systems Engineer to support managed services clients by designing solutions, delivering infrastructure projects, maintaining servers and cloud applications, and resolving complex escalations. The role combines client-facing technical support, project delivery, solution architecture, documentation, and mentorship, while also managing internal IT systems. It requires at least five years of helpdesk engineering or systems administration experience, extensive Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, virtualization, and cloud experience, and a Network+, Server+, or similar certification. The position is full-time, salaried, exempt, and primarily based in the Rochester office with some remote flexibility.
