The role supports customers and internal teams with product design, development, installation, feasibility analysis, prototype and first-article orders, technical troubleshooting, process documentation, change requests, and manufacturing coordination. It requires foundational specialized knowledge, typically less than two years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an A+ certification; travel may be required.
