Description
Censys is hiring a Systems Engineer to build and operate static and dynamic file analysis pipelines, YARA tooling, threat indicator enrichment systems, and graph-based threat intelligence systems. The role partners with threat researchers and detection engineers, maintains secure analysis environments, and documents architecture and operational procedures. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least six years of relevant security systems experience, strong Python or Go skills, and experience with malware analysis, distributed pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-based development workflows. The position is fully remote in the United States, with compensation of $190,000–$240,000 USD plus bonus eligibility and equity for high-cost-of-living areas, and $170,000–$220,000 USD for other locations.
