Description
Centorrino Technologies is hiring a Systems Engineer to provide Level 3 support for managed services customers, troubleshoot servers, infrastructure, and services, communicate technical solutions to clients, maintain documentation, participate in an on-call roster, and mentor junior team members. The role requires experience with servers and hypervisors, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge or certification in Linux SUSE or similar; Microsoft SQL administration, ticketing systems, and Microsoft or other industry certifications are advantageous. The role operates 8:30–5 AWST or 10:30–7 AEDT and offers hybrid working.
