Client Solution Architects is hiring a Systems Engineer III to support Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific’s Application Arsenal software delivery operations in San Diego, California. The role designs, implements, and maintains secure software delivery pipelines across containerized, virtual-machine, and cloud-based architectures; applies DevSecOps automation and automated security testing; supports deployment in denied, disrupted, intermittent, and limited-bandwidth environments; and ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity and government pipeline standards. The position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and extensive experience in full-lifecycle software development, DevSecOps, and defense platform integration.
