Description
The Systems Engineer provides Tier 2 support and engineering for Laserfiche and/or iManage document management platforms, resolving escalated incidents, troubleshooting integrations and authentication, leading major incidents and root-cause analysis, administering repositories and configuration, supporting upgrades and audits, and improving monitoring, automation, and operational maturity. The role requires production experience with Laserfiche and/or iManage, strong troubleshooting and ITSM skills, typically 3+ years in systems engineering or platform administration, and a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. The proposed salary is €55,000 to €65,000 gross per annum.
