Description
Distalmotion is hiring a Systems Engineer to support the development and lifecycle management of complex robotic surgical medical devices. The role focuses on capturing and translating stakeholder and regulatory needs into verifiable system requirements, defining system architecture, coordinating subsystem integration and verification, supporting prototype user testing, maintaining the Design History File and compliance with medical-device standards, and contributing to risk management and cross-functional activities including reprocessing validation, biocompatibility, labeling, and Instructions for Use. The position requires a relevant master's degree, at least three years of medical-device experience, systems-engineering expertise, Polarion or similar requirements-management experience, and strong analytical and collaboration skills.
