goodBytz is hiring a Systems Engineer to remotely monitor and maintain its cooking robots from Hamburg. The role handles system alerts, incident reporting, root-cause analysis, documentation, automation, process optimization, and coordination with customers, Field Operations, and internal teams. Candidates should have several years of IT or comparable technical experience, technical-support experience, strong German and English skills, and willingness to work shifts; infrastructure and AI/automation experience are advantageous.
