Description
Helion is hiring an onsite Systems Engineer to develop and maintain the architecture and top-level requirements for its fusion power plant, decompose mission objectives into traceable subsystem requirements, conduct trade studies, author interface control documents, lead design reviews, manage integration risks and configuration changes, and represent the plant's technical position across electrical, mechanical, controls, science, business, and software teams. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least three years of systems engineering experience, with aerospace, nuclear, energy, requirements-management, risk, safety, and mentoring experience preferred.
