Description
The Systems Engineer will implement and administer server, network, and security solutions for customers; provide remote and on-site client support; handle second- and third-level technical requests in a Microsoft environment; plan and implement IT projects; monitor and troubleshoot systems; and support helpdesk ticketing and technical documentation. The role requires completed IT training or comparable practical experience, several years of systems or network administration experience, firewall and network knowledge, strong Windows Server, Windows Client, and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and German and English skills. The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 3,954 gross per month for full-time work.
