Description
JRAD is seeking a contingent or future Systems Engineering professional to support the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology organization in Washington DC, possibly in a hybrid arrangement. The role advises senior leadership, develops functional procedures and policies, leads research and analysis, evaluates complex problems, and applies systems engineering and related domain expertise. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience are required, with systems engineering or technical experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and DHS Suitability and Secret clearance. An advanced degree and knowledge of DHS Acquisition and Systems Engineering policy are preferred. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits to full-time employees.
