Description
Kela is hiring a hands-on systems engineer for a customer-site role leading the definition of requirements, architecture, and subsystem interfaces for complex defense systems. The position manages hardware, software, electronics, mechanics, and systemic integration; leads verification and validation, performance testing, and system qualification; collaborates with defense industries and IDF Ground Forces branches; and manages engineering documentation across the system lifecycle. A B.Sc. in Engineering and at least five years of complex systems engineering experience are mandatory, along with familiarity with sensors, communication, and control systems.
