MetroSys is hiring a Systems Engineer I for its Infrastructure Services team to support enterprise Windows-based infrastructure. The role administers Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365; monitors and maintains servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems; troubleshoots infrastructure issues; supports backup, disaster recovery, security hardening, and compliance; maintains documentation; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of Windows Server or enterprise infrastructure experience, with preferred experience in managed services, cloud environments, and Microsoft management tools.
