This role involves setting the technical direction for a systems team, managing a distributed on-premise edge fleet, designing self-service tooling, and implementing a comprehensive monitoring and observability stack. The individual will also focus on building automation using Ansible/AWX and AWS components, managing core infrastructure at the company's Taipei office, shaping systems investments aligned with the product roadmap, owning the on-call rotation and incident response, and handling security and compliance operations.
