Optikos is hiring a Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and validate complex optical and opto-mechanical systems. The role translates customer and product requirements into system architecture and engineering requirements, leads integration and verification activities, coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, supports prototype and qualification work, manages technical requirements and risks, and supports product transition to manufacturing and customer applications. The position is 100% in-office in Wakefield, Massachusetts, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant engineering experience, and offers $120,000–$150,000 annually.
