The Systems Engineer will lead complex aerospace development projects involving electronic assemblies and Electronic Ground Support Equipment, analyze customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, coordinate small project teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with customers and internal specialists. The role requires a technical degree, several years of Systems Engineering experience, aerospace and electronic-systems expertise, and experience leading complex projects; knowledge of relevant aerospace standards is advantageous.
